The organisation is very good. My work colleagues understand my requirement to balance work with studies and open doors for me to gain experience in areas to help with my studies.

Any assistance I need with either work tasks or university assignments my peers are happy to help.

4/5
They will help out whenever I ask for it and always give me the time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
mostly. There are some modules at university that I dont feel are relevant to my job role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are social events and networking events, often involving a subcontractor or client too. Lots of social value events take place which benefit team morale and a good cause. We have a yearly gala for the apprentices.
