Since I started my apprenticeship, I have gained so much more confidence than what I had in school. I have also gained my English Functional Skills, which opens so many doors for me for the future and this has also helped me a lot.
I have found that by going straight into work after school, rather than going to college has given me so many more opportunities and chances to do more stuff.

Really well organised. We have catch ups with our Learning & Development coaches every month to see how we're getting on and to see our growth. We also have meetings with our managers every month to also track our progress and to be able to see if there's anything which needs to have been improved and anything we can do to help us improve for future bookings.

Loads of support. We have catch ups every month and check if there's anything which needs to be discussed.

A lot. We are offered loads of support and also have a website which we can use for any other support, caled ele wellbeing.

The training which we do helps me a lot when I come back to branch, as it helps me with all of the knowledge I need to know. For example, my geography knowledge, my steps to selling knowledge, etc.
