Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Overall, the programme covers a lot of topics at a reasonable level of depth.
Only downside has sometimes been the uni courses where I experienced some inconsistency in the quality of teaching
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
At university - software engineering, networking, cyber security, efficient written communication and academic writing
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
At uni, the programme has sometimes been not well structured and organised with a few changes in lecturers and assignment briefs with minimal notice.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
Some academic staff has been okay, others have been outstanding.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
Uni: clubs and societies, but usually felt a bit removed from the apprenticeship community at our slightly remoter campus
