It start with me taking calls from customer and asissting them with a variety of needs such new broadband extra products or exploring new recontracting oppurtunitys with them and getting them the best value for money

Being able to Objection handle customers effectively. ive also learnt a vareity of skills in regards to making sure that i am communicating correctly and also being clear when speaking.

this helps me as i can see certain examples from a customer point of veiw so i am able to empathise with the customers i speak to
