Our job we sell broadband mobile and tv. We also deal with complaints.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Our trainer is very supportive and pushes us to success and gives us the most time she can to help us succeed in our qualifications
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

In the apprenticeship we learn about data protection, legislation and health and safety so we have more knowledge and be able to respect our job role quality by learning more about them with tasks provided.

We do well-being walks, and volunteering hours so we can go play football, go litter picking or go to care homes.
