My role is to process accounts and financial information for clubs, charities, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Whilst the apprenticeship is hard I am thoroughly enjoying learning new skills and developing my current skills.

Since working at Walter Dawson I have diversified my skills into different sectors. I have also gained experience in Audit.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well organised, I have a clear understanding on what my expectations are and also it has been very well communicated when my deadlines are and when I am due in college.

First Intuition and especially my skills coach have been incredible, they have been happy to answer every question, no matter how big or small.

I would advise people to be yourself and honest in your ability and goals. I have found them incredibly encouraging when you are wanting to further yourself.
