Before starting the apprenticeship, I had no lab skills now I can work in different departments labs using all their techniques and equipment

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Charles River?
Use the knowledge around you, many staff have years of experience if you're struggling to understanding something they will go the through the theory. work across departments it gives you a better understanding of the industry
