as an apprentice at Babcock international my day to day consists odd jobs around the factory and progressing skill I have learned in college through small projects.

i have learned multiple new skills over the course of my apprentice and have been able to hone them through small projects i have been set.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

personally my apprentice has lacked structure, but over the past few months a lot of new measures have been implemented, which hopefully will turn this around.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive an adequate amount of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

in the practical side of my apprentice the support is adequate where is i don't believe we receive enough support on the theory side.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i would say that what i learn from my training provided only scratches the surface in comparison to what what is expected of us at work.
