Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

lots of hands on Manuel tasks. Most of them being very exiting and problem solving. Also we learn lots about what's happening inside the company and stay inside the loop just like everyone else

I do really look forward to going into work, as most days are very different and that's what makes it fun. Also when you start actually getting on with a job my day goes by so much quicker

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have definitely developed my speechmaking skills as I have done a few different speeches and i feel i am getting better and better

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Most things are very structured but there are some things that need some improving as sometimes I come into work not fully knowing what the days going to entail
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I have never tried to use it but i also feel that i would be very supported if i needed some support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
decent support and we do get extra time in offices to complete any coursework or smart assessor
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
college has tought me most things i know about welding and especially the basics. This has really helped me in my role of welding, especially seeing as i came to this company with no welding knowledge
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
I have seen adverts for sports teams but i feel like its not really promoted for apprentices and the social events always seem really fun but i cant ever do them because you need to be over 18 and i feel very left out by this and think this needs a big change
