My role is to promote and sell holidays/ancillary products to customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far I have thoroughly enjoyed my programme, meeting new people and getting the opportunity to go on a ship visit with my training group.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have massively developed my knowledge of the travel industry, and developed some existing skills like customer service and communication skills.

I think it is well structured, but it needs to be better communicated to avoid confusion further down the line.

I receive a lot of support from all my colleagues, not just my employer, and know that they are all willing to help.
