My personal opinion on the job role is that it’s a great learning experience and you do have fun along the way, i personally think they started the apprentices in 2024 to ealier has we then did not have much to do in store, but overall it’s a good learning experience. It allows you to grow knowledge about the world and how different countries can be the dream holiday, my personal opinion is that the functional skills should fave to face so you get me interaction and focus better

I enjoy the apprenticeship, i think it’s a good learning experience for people who are interested in the travel industry and getting to know more about the different countries.

Since starting at hays i’ve learned more general knowledge about the world and different countries, i’ve learned how to personally book a holiday myself with out relying on other people. I’ve continued to learn more on maths to help me pass my functional skills and to count money when serving at lot faster

because the shop i work in is very welcoming, the lesson are easy to understand just the travel is slightly far
