Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role as an apprentice is a mixture of learning in store and out of store in a training group once a week. My role also involves selling holidays, dealing with customers confidential information, dealing with emails, answering phones and keeping the store tidy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy this programme because I get so much support from my colleagues, manager, and my learning and development coach. They also started us early to give us a taster of the job which I felt really helped.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

As far as skills, I have many years of skills learnt. But in this job role, I have learnt to be more confident talking to customers in this area of work.

Very well organised. They arrange the travel for my training group and tasks for us to do which really helps my learning.

A lot of support. They are also there to help or answer any questions I need help with.
