i really enjoy the programme as i am constantly learning new things and i love meeting new people and helping them with their dream holidays.

I have developed my customer service skills as i have become more confident when helping customers and i have also developed my knowledge on the travel industry.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is well organised, we have set schedules of training days and training calls, and if you are unable to make a training day they make sure to set you up on catch up ones so you do not miss anything
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I haven't currently got a manager but my assistant manager and regional manager are very helpful and i feel i could talk to them if i had any problems or needed any advise.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is very helpful, they always keep in contact with me and make schedule visita to check how i am getting on and if i have any questions they are always there to help

We have many extra curricular one for example if we have cruise tours, where we can go and see the inside of many different cruises and there are a lot of different dates and cruises to choose from.
