I use sales techniques to sell all sort of holidays to the general public. While also expanding my knowledge within the travel industry with my OTJH.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship as I have been able to meet all kinds of different people from all over the region I work in as well as this I have gained knowledge within the travel industry through in branch, training and OTJH.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt multiple new skills which are transferable to many jobs for example sales, negotiation how to learn and adapt to different situations.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme has set training days which allows me as the apprentice to feel organised to know what I’m doing on a day to day basis.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive moderate support of my employer however if I needed support she would help me as soon as she could.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is brilliant she makes sure everyone understand the assignment and if someone doesn’t she makes sure to make time to ensure they are catered for.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I’m still working towards the qualifications.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

The company gets invited to supplier events which allow the employees to expand there network and gain new knowledge.
