Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Day to day I make sure to help customers to the best of my ability by helping them find there dream holiday, helping them with check ins and boarding passes, helping with any problems or ammendments needed. I also make sure to take on any responsibilities that my colleagues or managers need me to do.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I do enjoy my programme alot as it's give me alot of experience not only with the travel industry but with on how to work in the correct way with customers face to face. I think the programme is also good as good as maths is included which is not only helping me pass my apprenticeship but also pass my maths for my furture.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
In my job role I have developed alot of skills including: confidence, team work, IT work, manners and working on how to make my self a better person to give customers alls that they need.
This job role has brought me alot more confidence on how to speak face to face to customers and in what corret ways work the best, training has played a huge role on this as we are taught the best ways to give the best customer service skills needed.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I think the structure is organsed in a correct way as, if there is any problems your facing there is always someone who you can talk to, wheter that be a manager, colleague or trainer. However i do feel like when there is training days twice in one week aswell as people doing maths and trying to hit target it is alot to take in and you feel like you need to meet all your expectations but don't have enough time to do them otherwise, training days are informative and needed for us to learn more and more skills sometimes the week does juts feel like alot going on.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
From my employees I recieve all support that i need, any questions that i need to ask i can ask any of my colleagues and they are always willing to help me. The same for my trainer the start of every training day morning she will always ask how we are all getting on and if we have any questions we need to ask everyone always listen.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Training provider is always there helping us with what we need to do for the best of abilities to pass our apprentices. Any work that has been set for us and any work that we arent sure on she will always help us with what to put or what to put to give us the best answers.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I think that the training providers do play a huge role that has made us perform better, if we didn't have our training days and training providers there to help and answer any questions or problems that we have we wouldn't be able to perform as well in our role as we do.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
In our role we have training days and roadshows which are informative events to be able to learn more in your job role but in a fun way. We also have fan trips that you can apply to and maybe be able to visit some hotels or go on a cruise ship, this then gives us a good insight for selling these to customers.
