The training and support that I received during this training was thorough, it allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge in order to become successful within the store and job role. I qualified with a Distinction and was able to stay within Hays. I created long lasting friendships and relationships within the company and now in a job that I love.

I have learnt loads of new skills and developed them throughout the program such as team work, communication, time management, and so much more.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was very well organised and structured. We received 6x weeks training programs at a time so knew when we would be in store or would be training well in advance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The branch I was placed in was fab, all the staff really helped and supported me from the get go, answering all my questions and helping me develop new skills.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The trainers were also amazing, got back to you so quickly if you had a question and really supported my learning.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I felt as though the training and support was the really helped me perform better within the role, not only did it teach skills but it taught handy tips to remember to help the days at work run smoothly
