I find deals to upload onto facebook, i check my emails to see if there is anything important | need. Then I ring my customers that have enquired with me. When customers come in i welcome them and help them with whatever they need.

My training provider always helps me when i am struggling with my training work. If i have work over due my training provider always sets back the dates and gives me ideas on how i can get it done on time.

I would recommend getting an apprenticeship at hays because everyone is very supportive and helpful when you are learning things. The apprenticeship is a great way to learn while you earn.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hays Travel?
Learn the SMILE values! I had to refer to the SMILE values a lot at the start of my apprenticeship. I would also say to try your best to be confident in your interview.
