Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a normal day i will either log onto my laptop from home or go into the office my day to day jobs are things like raising purchase orders updating notes revising and negotiating T&C's i also go to visit suppliers and have daily meetings with lots of different suppliers
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme its a very good look at what is to be expected when exiting into the business

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes i have learnt many new skills such as IT skills, English skills and math skills they are the 3 i have developed most however recently i have also learned how to negotiate with external stakeholders correctly

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the organisation is well structured which is highlighted by its success however i do feel there is areas to improve and change as there is lots of confusion caused by the structure
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive ample amounts of support for several support streams and also support for absoloutely everything which is very helpful especially in a business like this
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i feel the support i get with qualification work is very good the team are very helpful and have had everyone's best interests at heart throughout the scheme
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i feel all the skills that are learnt in the qualification are transferable this also works the other way also so i feel that the two are very well linked which has helped massively in my progress

its a brilliant company to be apart of and i feel as though its also a very exciting time to be apart of the business

be yourself and ensure you take every opportunity that comes at you within reason as the more experience you gain in the apprenticeship the better
