Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Managing construction packages and areas with assistance from my line manager. This involves attending daily meetings, reviewing design and drawings, site visits, managing the program and managing subcontractors.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I do enjoy the program, I enjoy being challenged and being pushed outside my comfort zone, I like learning new skills and being in a company with opportunity. I would enjoy more exposure to other parts of the business.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have developed many new skills within construction but also outside, including public speaking, management methods and techniques, time management as well as construction standards and requirements.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It well-structured with additional learning arranged by our emerging talent team which has been helpful for my development. Personally, I would benefit from a clear structure to move round the business and learn more about the different projects and job roles.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I do feel a strong support from my line manager and the emerging talent team who will get In contact with our learning providers if we have any questions and will find time to answer any questions I have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I have had some support from my training provider but I do not feel this has been much above the minimal requirements.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
My training has helped me understand construction regulations and skills I many not cover in my day-to-day role but this has not yet been relevant to my job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
My company dose arrange project and apprenticeship activities and events.
