Apprentice travel consultant.
Greeting customers, booking holidays, dealing with problems and working in a team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Enjoy training and the people I have met.
Stressful environment though with a lot of pressure on you to hit targets based on commission.

Organised and people have good knowledge, needs more communication between managers and trainers in terms of targets.

good support however stressful environment. Can always speak to them (managers and coach)

good support, progress reviews etc and always asking if people are okay and how to do it.

Why?
In terms of confidence and knowledge increase and selling skills. If you hit targets, pay can be good however this does depend on shops and where they are located. Wouldn’t recommend for stressful environments and mental health impacts
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hays Travel?
Confident person and need customer skills and selling skills already before starting the job role, need to be able to take criticism.
