Rotating 6-month placements within various teams across the Air sector of the business, doing various data analysis tasks such as data cleaning, visualisation and modelling.

Enjoy the day-to-day but the degree side could be improved

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure is good, organisation can be a little lacklustre as knowledge about next placements isn't given with much notice and the arrangement of lectures/assignments is not well thought out.

As an employer they are flexible, there is a large variety of work and the compensation is generous, particularly for an apprentice.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Air is the best sector, and brush up on the STAR technique for interviews
