Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Things I do on a day to day basis are as following; sell holidays to customers, work in the foreign exchange, admin stuff, i.e. replying to emails, checking in customers for their holiday, uploading things to a customers file.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it a lot, I like working with others and I love my job role and description

I've learnt how to be more confident in myself, developed individual skills, become more independent, work well with others.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well organised, thoroughly planned out, the only thing i could say is the communication could be better between the apprentices and the L&D coaches on days we don't see them.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

If i need help with anything I have sources who can help me, my manager is really helpful and understanding and my L&D coach is as well, if I need help with anything I can go to people who will put their time into helping me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot when im learning on the online classes with them, it could be better when im in branch or at home and need some help, i feel as the communication isnt as good then, but there is reasons for that.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps a lot, there are training days we do that helps me gain more knowledge that I can take back to branch with me, on the smart sheet we fill out every week, I do put the same thing in the comments of 'things I'd like to improve my knowledge on' and I keep putting the same thing in every time but we never do it, and i feel as it is something I could benefit from a lot but never gets answered
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I do social media posts to post onto our social medias, to promote our shop. I would really consider doing sports as an activity if it was ever brought up
