we speak to customers, check over documents, answer phones and answer any questions the customers have, we do trainings to help our knowledge grow on what we are selling, we sell currency and holidays as well as other things like travel insurance and airport parking etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme i have learnt so much about myself, the travel destinations and a lot about the travel rules.

yes, my communication skills have improved so much because everyday we talk to the general public and everyone we work with, my listening has also improved so much because I have to listen to the customers and make sure I fully understand what they want.

It is very organised, every week we have a new powerpoint and new training plan set up and our assessor gives us very well explained group tasks to do throughout the sessions
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support, my manager and all of my colleagues in branch and my assessor makes sure i am doing well and every time i need help and have any questions they stop what they are doing to help me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my assessor every time i have a question it is always answered in a way i would understand, we get monthly reviews were they tell me how i am doing and if i need to improve in any way.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt so much working towards my qualification, this has helped me when doing enquiries and getting asked questions about travel destinations and cruises etc.
