Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Engaging with customers daily to get holidays booked or enquiries.
Providing the best service to customers both over a screen, over the phone or physically.
Taking an hour per day to complete apprenticeship tasks.
Two days a week training to improve product knowledge or customer service related topics, mental health discussions as well.

I have also adapted a new way of life as it was a big jump from school straight to working.
