Checking emails, calling customers, working in the foreign exchange, completing online tasks, admin such as Facebook, booking holidays for customers
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program quite highly. It’s an interesting job and the colleagues I work with are lovely and very helpful

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It’s quite organised which is good for someone like me. There are set tasks to be completed before a certain time and the training sessions are all planned and layed out very well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support. Anything I don’t understand or need help with they will always offer me a helping hand. They are also very kind which helps with stress
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support. She is available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Anything I need I am confident to ask her to help me understand
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me the skills, knowledge and confidence I need to be the best version of myself and to inflict these skills onto the work that I do. This ensures I’m working up to the highest standard I can and offering customers the best customers service possible

There are a few different events that can be done. There are ship visits, meetings with big companies, airport visits and so much more
