I help support various transformation projects across the HR business area.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was able to take part in meetings and contribute to the transformation projects from my perspective which was an amazing opportunity.

Everyone is super friendly and are really helpful if you have a question or you're struggling to understand something. They treat you fairly and no question is too silly to ask.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I enjoyed it thoroughly and I really do recommend anyone who is interested in HR to apply to the HR Summer Analyst scheme because it's a great opportunity to learn about HR in a huge corporation like Barclays.
