in my day to day work i meet and greet customers, help them to brochures look on tour operators sites to help customers find what they are looking for

very well structured, we go to training once a week in chelmsford

i receive lots of support from employers helping me get to where i need to be and also get support from other colleagues they help me with any questions i have

we receive lots of support from our trainer she presents a power point with lots of details and helps with any questions we have with our bud work

by coming to training sessions it helps me back in branch by providing me with information i need to have to be the best travel consultant

Why?
For me as i only just left secondary school it had been so good for me as i am learning on the job and find this way of learning a lot better than going to college personally

be confident and don’t think you have to know about every country as you will gain so much knowledge from when you start
