I work as an Analyst in the Product data team. I interact with the end users of digital applications

Thoroughly enjoyed the learning process , with opportunity to apply the techniques to real live problems. I feel empowered with up-to-date skills, and access to tools and data required for growth.

Learnt New skills such as Machine learning , Python Programming, and developed existing transferable skills such as stakeholder engagement, and clear communication.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very structured. Good foundation and easing into the more difficult topics . Ample opportunity to reinforce the new techniques by repetition in later modules. Plenty of resources to stretch , and to practice off line.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Amazing support. I had timely access to the required software , hardware, relevant data, and most importantly the time to develop. All in all, full support and encouragement to work towards the goal.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Excellent support from the training provider. Good learning platform, brilliant , approachable coaches throughout the course, fantastic resources , course materials in audio / video , working examples . Face to face interaction at Hackathons helped us build confidence to present the insights, learn from each other and have fun!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I can already see myself taking a wholistic approach to data analysis . Since I work with the Product Data team, there is immediate improvement in my contribution with newly acquired skills and knowledge.
