Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role on a daily basis consists of making sure the building is running smoothly, learning on the job, working independently as well as working along sides engineers and professionals within the facilities management industry.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have always wanted to be an engineer therefore i enjoy my job as an apprentice as you pay as you learn on the job and also the week gets split up as there in an education scheme in college 2 days a week.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many skills since starting this apprenticeship, i previously had a qualification in electrical installation which assists me in my electrical engineer sector, i also can work interdependently as well as working in a team. I feel like i have sorted the base foundation of my career.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Its good as my line managers, supervisors and learning development all check in with meeting to review my progession.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support as my line manager and i have a meeting every month and i have to update my goals and discuss with him how i can get there
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have support from the learning development lady who regularly checks on my progression
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very good as were learning different types of engineering at college
