To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the overall experience, the additional residential i found invaluable as it aloud me to look at thing from a more objective place, and allowed me learn about myself

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes i have learnt more theory based knowledge for example models etc, and how to apply them into the work place

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Overall it was well organised there was on occasion some miscommunication around sessions, but this was quickly rectified
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supported me throughout and in particular my line manager
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider was always there when i needed advice, and if they weren't there when i called i always recieve a call back, they were extremely understanding and patient
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

100%, I have recieved feedback regards my developement throughout the duration of my programme, and how people have seen my skills develop
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

On occasion, but due to being field base this isn't always possible to get involved in

Why?
On the whole yes, it would be dependent on which area of the businesses, this is due to the size of the organisation and not knowing how every department operates
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marstons?
There is alot always going on, so be open minded to new things and have a willingness to learn and experiment
