I am a lead consultant in digital engineering and information management applied to real estate. I lead a team of approximately 24 people and deal mainly with public clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I greatly enjoy my programme, particularly the opportunity to directly apply what I learn to my daily tasks. It has helped me to enhance my leadership skills, manage my team more effectively, and develop stronger business strategies within my organisation.

I have developed my managerial skills, strengthened my leadership capabilities through the application of theory, and further refined my approach to business strategy.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured, enabling me to absorb the theory effectively and apply it directly to my professional experience. The only significant challenge I have faced has been managing my time alongside the demands of the programme/work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Overall, my employer has been supportive throughout the programme. However, my main challenge has been the limited support from my line manager, who has at times shown a reluctance towards my efforts to complete the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received excellent support from my training provider throughout the programme. My tutor, has been particularly fantastic, offering guidance and encouragement at every stage.
