To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

At first it was a big adjustment but I do fully enjoy the world of engineering and bae have outlined a good course with great challenging modules

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills although I had prior knowledge in a similar field since starting my apprenticeship I have learnt a lot. Bae systems have provided myself with numerous challenging modules and is continuously helping to develop me as a potential employee

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured and organised with tight deadlines and high work expectations. I do however see a big room for improvement for those who have shown high work capacity and put in a lot more effort.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Our employer provides exceptional support for everyone of all different kinds of needs and requirements, overall they are the best company I have worked for in this regard
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a sufficient amount of support which has helped me achieve high standard of work output
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

With out our qualifications it would be very difficult to have a good understanding of the principles needed to achieve a high tolerance of work

They are a great company they look after their employees who put the effort in and they provide amazing career and qualification opportunities
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Practice your interview techniques definitely using the star method. Remember they expect you to be nervous so if you need a few seconds before answering any questions take your time we are all human. The more effort you put in early the more successful you will be
