Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Typical retail position. Stock shelves, customer service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
The programme is enjoyable and challenging. The apprenticeship company had good tutors and coaches.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Developed the data skills through the curriculum

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Well organised, apart from not making as clear as they could do how it all fits together.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
Honestly it’s a bit hands off. Wrangling for OTJ time is a challenge and it’s a bit fend for yourself - JLP at least for their data literacy apprenticeship level 3 I feel don’t interact enough with their apprentices. Could make a better JLP apprentice hub
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
It’s there - I kept up with OTJ so didn’t have that issue. The coaching time is there if you can make the sessions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It helps a bit - there’s some overlap with supermarket assistant. Is what you make of it. bI tooling and data are slowly being shared with more employees making it more relevant
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Multiverse used to donprofessionammeetups pre pandemic but not sure they’ve done any since. No apprenticeship meet ups outside the module hackathons. JLP has its own clubs.
Non Head Office didn’t get invited to the most recent job fair :/
