Working with internal and external stakeholders to make sure that JLP are offering and providing the best recruitment experience to all candidates, also ensuring that we remain compliant with all relevant legislation and are upholding the Partnerships principals
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was hard to complete a L4 apprenticeship as well as working a full time job. There are lots of demands for time which can add pressure on giving your best to both as you want to. I did enjoy learning new skills and having networking opportunities with other Partners that I would not normally get to engage with.

My coach was brilliant and supported me beyond the expectations. The provider needed some tweaks but they did respond well to feedback and were more supportive by the end of my programme.
