I work as part of the Organisational Effectiveness function and lead the design and delivery of organisational change that transforms the John Lewis Partnership
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme very much. The John Lewis Partnership ensured that my apprenticeship time was ring-fenced so that I had the best opportunity to get the most from the content.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes - the majority of units on the course either enhanced my knowledge by bringing it up to date, or by refreshing existing capabilities acquired over my career.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was very well organised - each unit was stand alone, so that you could do them in the order of your choice.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I received a very high level of support. Time was freed up for me and my People manager was incredibly supportive (and equally as passionate about the apprenticeship!)
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider was very supportive with monthly 121s, and the ability to schedule additional meetings or ad hoc meetings as needed. The group sessions were useful for creating a cohesive apprenticeship community
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me to perform better in my role every day. The learning is directly relevant to the role I undertake, so I am constantly revisiting the content.
