Support shops with our Partner led services. This involves;
working with stakeholders in Retail, shops and commercial to ensure the propositions are being run productively and profitably.
Daily tasks include answering shops queries
Setting targets and ensuring the operating model is up to date
reviewing shop performance and supporting shops if they are under performing or celebrating success
identifying capability concerns and work with the Training team to create training content

Why?
John Lewis are hugely supportive of their employees developing their skills and self improvement. I would not have had this opportunity had JL not invested in Apprenticeships and enabled me to take this up alongside my day job. I am so grateful for the chance to develop in this way.
