as a commercial apprentice daily i will speak to the construction managers and project managers about their subcontractors and the works they have completed or yet to complete. i have package responsibilities and assessments that need to be done throughout the month.

yes i have really developed my communication skills, including my written communication and presentation skills. i now understand that how information is presented is just as important as the information being presented.

the university structure could be improved however it is acceptable.

mace provide their own learning courses that also help with my studies, they also accommodate my needs and allow me to study during working hours when necessary.

so far my qualification is very broad and general knowledge while work is quite specific, im hoping in the coming years the qualification learning will begin to be more specific

do your research on mace, show that you understand mace and what they are trying to do in the industry, during the interview process show that you care about what your talking about. mace are willing to work with you even if you dont have all the right things you just have to show that you are willing to learn and are open
