Running shifts and supporting other managers during running shifts. Delegating and running areas - kitchen/front
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

A lot, allows me to learn new skills I may not have had time for if I wasn’t on an apprenticeship. Allows me to learn laws and regulations for all of the hospitality industry

Yes - learned more in depth how to run shifts, the role of an area leader and developed on running systems that are the foundation of running the business.

Very - it’s set out well and it’s concise and informative, solidifies my knowledge and adds more

A good amount, they schedule enough time to allow me complete my work, they always show great joy in being able to show me something new

Yes, it’s allows me to learn more and use that knowledge on the shop floor

Yes - charity events, crew events out, dodgeball, tennis, football competitions and trash walks around the community
