Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis my role includes reviewing contractors quotes and negotiating with he client regarding change. I also manage the logistics package which requires constant attention for example sending out instructions. Lastly, I send out PO's to external contractor's for example Enfield and greenhams.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme because not only does it allow me to grow my skills day to day on site but with my day release I get to learn things at uni that otherwise I would not learn on my current project and I may need on my next project.

Every day I encounter new tasks and issues which develops my skills and also makes me develop new skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very structured doing 4 days on site and one day at uni every week.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support from my employer with all members of staff being able to help if I ever have any queries at any time.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get lots of support from my training provider for example I get constant catch up with my university to track my process.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Over the last few years I have learned lots from my training provider and these things I have learned have helped me progress in my role.

I am currently setting up a site wide 5 a-side football tournament for charity that will be taking place next month.

Ensure to listen to your superiors and take everything on board. Also, You will not realize how much you learn on each project until you go onto your next project.
