Handling, storage and disposal of company records and samples, identity testing different products and materials to ensure they meet standards.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been an enjoyable experience due to rotation of roles every year, introducing new aspects of work and development, alongside a strong apprentice community.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt laboratory techniques alongside gaining knowledge of a how business operates in accordance with regulation compliance, developed on communication, lab skills, using lab equipment etc...
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is a well structured program due to us having one day a week as time to study, this allows us to balance our university with actual work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is constant support from my managers, co-ordinators, co-workers and AstraZeneca as a whole. Community events and guidance is always available.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support is always available however, learning is completed remotely and is a less interactive experience than physically attending university, this can be more challenging but help is still there if it is needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There are a lot of aspects that align with my role, including regulatory compliance and laboratory skills that help me to understand the underlying principles of the day to day work I complete.
