Why?
I feel valued as I'm treated the same as any other employee, rather than the stereotypical view of an apprentice. I get lots of opportunities to broaden my network, work on large projects and be involved in social activities. Employee benefits are useful and suggests the business cares about its' people.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Schneider Electric?
