As an aircraft fitter I am responsible for manufacturing and producing aircraft components, by following the standard operating procedures and drawings available, as well as using the knowledge I have gained throughout my apprenticeship.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy coming to work and I am beyond grateful for the job I have at BAE Systems. Completing this apprenticeship isn't something I ever envisioned myself doing in my life and I have really enjoyed each aspect of it.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt alot of new skills throughout my apprenticeship, this being something related to the job as well as, off the job within the units I complete as part of college.

The overall structure of the programme is really good and isn't something I feel I could provide criticism on.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have experienced things throughout my apprenticeship which i felt I would prevent me from completing it overall however, with the support of my employer I have been able to continue and complete my apprenticeship.
