Aa part of roles and responsibilities, I conduct welcome meeting to the new starters, preparing their files and delivering all the company information policies and welcome them on board as a new starters. Making sure all the right to work are in place and make sure they are in date as per ukvi guidelines.

To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?

I am enjoying everyday what I do and I do learn each and everyday new skills and features that is upgrading my skills everyday which is very good.

Basically I only do my work no one else so I have to prioritise my work according to their importance.

I think my work experience is not enough to help me but yes my mentor and the help which i get from my line manager so i can decide for my future career path

Interactions with completely strangers and keeping talking with them make sure if they have all the information they need, give them suggestions and solving their queries what they have on that day or may be in the future.

I think I have learn only a part of it but I think there is lot more to learn and make more experiences each and everyday.

Mcdonalds is that brand name that the name itself shows that kind of workplace feel more enjoyable and no one will ger bored or not any reason to ignore.
