Analysing HSBC's portfolio as a whole and creating/extracting data to show the distribution of HSBC's risk weighted assets whilst also determining how to best optimise them.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is quite enjoyable and there are many opportunities to develop and grow outside the job role.

So far I have greatly improved my excel skill set and have also learnt various skills in terms of communicating with different stakeholders.

A lot of support is available as well as being assigned a programme specialist and a 'Buddy' from a higher year to help navigate throughout the apprenticeship.
