My role at tebay services is a service leader, ensuring the shifts run okay on a day to day basis.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my service leader program, it gives you a real insight on a different perspective of management.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so many more new skills, especially on problem solving, and different ways we can solve these by using many different theories

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very organised, we have set classes we do every week and folders we keep all of our work in. We work by a timetable. And always leave the class feeling like I have learnt alot.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We receive so much support from our employers, it’s nice to feel appreciated by employers, and then feel they genuinely want the best for us all
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support i received from my training provider is brilliant, any questions or help I need , they always find the time to sit and help me
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me peform better in my role because you see work from a manager point of view and slowly start to understand things you never knew. Makes you look at things in a different perspective
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes. We do a lot of team building activities. For example- we went to an escape room, to test our problem solving. I think it’s great they do activities like this, as I learn a lot better by doing things like this
