I enjoy my programme a lot. The split between academic work and on the job work is great as you get a bit of a break from each whilst being able to learn valuable skills.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed a lot of PM skills through both University and the different placements you get the chance to be a part of at BAE Systems. Overall I have grown in confidence and have become a valuable team member.

3/5
Our programme is fairly well organised although their is sometimes some misunderstandings as the format seems to change every so often.

You have bi -monthly catch ups with your skills coaches however if you ever need help or support their is a whole team dedicated to Early Careers which will be there to lend you a hand or advice.

4/5
The APM course is brilliant with lots of help and extra sessions to improve your learning. University has a lot of support as well with weekly sessions, where you can always contact your tutor for help.
