The programme is newer than most so there are certain curves which is understandable.

As the programme is newer than most, most of the work is fitting but some can be tailored to be more involved in the job role.

I get all the help i need when i approach either my colleagues or leaders.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support from the training provider is good in some aspects but lacking in others. Some of the work doesn't feel necessary for the role i'm doing.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification is 100% needed for my job role, however, the length of the programme is much longer than needed.
