Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a team manager and also responsible for 57 changes and projects. I am a belonging lead which includes focussing on inclusion, wellbeing and community. I manage a team of 12 partners, completing 121's, coaching, wellbeing conversations, quality reviews and check ins per month. I manage and look after my resource model for EPOS.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Yes I really enjoy it, I am now about to complete my End Point Assessment which I am excited about. I have worked very hard to complete this along with my busy day role. I have learnt vasts amounts about project mangements, financials and leadership styles.
