Supportive until responsibility is undefined between organisation and training provider e.g. your organisation planned this module so the assessment is determined by them, we cannot help

Yes, but arranged by other apprentices/ grads with one formal networking event per year, usually on a date not everyone can make due to training

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?

Feeling let down by the organisation of the programme, the scheme of learning and the lack of available valuable placements (too many apprentices being taken on)
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Use lots of personal experience and examples when applying. Ensure you communicate any issues straight away and escalate accordingly
