Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight week consisted of being exposed to a different department each day and completing a task associated with that department. These tasks were of a similar nature that of a trainee solicitor. In addition, outside of our independent time to complete the tasks assigned to us, I had the opportunity to meet several people from across the firm and ask lots of questions.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The firm were able to offer a very broad and in-depth understanding of the business and different roles throughout the week by organising us to work in different practice areas each day and have the opportunity to speak to a range of their people and ask questions.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was extremely welcoming and friendly. I felt as if I could go up and speak to anyone and ask questions.
